How a case moves

  1. 1

    Scan and submit

    The practice captures records and submits the case. Uploads go straight to storage through pre-signed URLs — no file bytes pass through the API.

  2. 2

    Assess and plan

    AI assessment produces evidence and a suggested verdict. An orthodontist reviews it and records the decision; nothing is auto-approved.

  3. 3

    Manufacture and ship

    An approved plan raises a production order. Trays are made, tracked and delivered, with the shipment visible from the panel.

  4. 4

    Monitor remotely

    Patients scan from their phone between visits. Deviations across all 28 teeth are compared against the plan and escalated when they drift.

Six-view scan sessions, per-tooth deviation, drift metrics and a confidence-scored verdict. The clinician records go, hold, visit or refine — the model never does.

Cases, files, plans, trays, consents, messages and visits hang off a single patient, so nothing has to be reconciled between systems.

Built for UK practice

GDC-registered clinicians approve plans. Patient data stays in the UK and EU. British English, en-GB dates, GBP, FDI tooth notation throughout.
